2026 Classic Cello International Competition Jury Updated
Helmed by Artistic Director Alexander Chaushian, Classic Cello 2026 is a groundbreaking initiative open to gifted artists worldwide, offering a remarkable platform to support and launch their international careers by giving them the opportunity to express their musical potential on a global stage.
Going head-to-head over three fierce and challenging rounds featuring a programme specifically designed to test all aspects of their musical abilities, contestants will be judged by an esteemed 11-member jury panel featuring maestros Dorran Alibaud (France), Deborah Borda (USA), Alexander Chaushian (UK/Armenia), Angela Dixon (UK), Kathryn Enticott (UK), Michael Haefliger (Switzerland), Ursula Haselböck (Austria), Paul Hughes (UK), Florian Leonhard (UK), Julian Lloyd Webber (UK) and James Williams (UK).
