The Classic Cello Competition is raising the bar with an extraordinary prize fund of over €130,000, highlighting its ambitious scope and prestigious international standing. The standout First Prize, valued at €50,000, is among the most generous awards in the international classical music competition landscape. This is further complemented by a €30,000 Second Prize, a €20,000 Third Prize, a €10,000 Fourth Prize, €8,000 Fifth Prize, €5,000 Sixth Prize, €2,000 Seventh Prize, €2,000 Eighth Prize and €2,000 9th Prize. Beyond these cash awards, winners will also have the unique opportunity to receive a two-year loan of a professional-grade cello from Florian Leonhard.
