2026 Classic Cello International Competition Deadline Announced
An international celebration paying homage to the brilliance of the cello, the competition will see forty gifted artists battling it out in front of an eminent 11-member jury board for a dazzling grand prize fund exceeding €129,000, along with the opportunity to gain international recognition. These cellists will wow audiences with an impressive repertoire that spans the timeless classics of Bach to the innovative soundscapes of contemporary composers across three challenging rounds, including a stunning final performance with a world-class orchestra.
